HELLO, I AM STARTING WITH PROGRAMMING IN LISP, AS WELL AS WITH THE USE OF OPENDCL, IN AUTOCAD 2019, WITH WHICH I CARRY OUT THE ROUTINE AND DIALOGUE WINDOW THAT I ATTACHED, BUT AT THE HALF OF THE PROGRAM AN UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURS WHICH CLOSES THE EXECUTION OF AUTOCAD, I ASK TO HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM, MAYBE IS LACK OF COMPATIBILITY, HOW CAN I EXPECT THIS PROBLEM I ASK FOR HELP AND THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION.

I see that meanwhile you have improved your post. But what is still missing are the steps to reproduce the problem.
