Dressed Up Tooltips

I've made a couple of posts semi-recently about my effort to update the appearance of a few of my lisp routines and dialog boxes. During this effort I accidentally fell on a little bit of HTML that can be utilized with tooltips.

See the 2nd image for the html I am utilizing now.

I am sure there is more but these allowed me to create much better looking tooltips :-)
