I found it just soon.  I download it and install, but..

My Op System is WIN7 32bit, I try to stop WINDOWS INSTALL service, and then restart it, but the question still remains, could you please tell me how to solve, thank you.

You can email me directly at owenw@manusoft.com with support questions on ManuSoft utilities. I have not received any other reports of this problem, so I'm not sure why you're experiencing it. Is there anything unusual about your system? I would not expect language to be an issue, but it's possible. Do you have another system that you can run it on to see if the problem is reproducible?
