I can not see my schedule tables in the blockview window. All other objects are displaying fine.
If I explode the schedule, which turns it into a block, it will then display.

Is there a way to get schedules to show in blockview without exploding them?

jb

Are you using a vertical?  ADT / AutoCAD Architecture?

If so, then no - only blocks not AEC objects.  That would be nice but it would probably be pretty difficult for Owen to learn OMF.

Yes I am, MEP.
I guess I'll have to explode or block them.
Structural members and tags do show.

Hello, how about putting this object into a temporary block and show then? I do so.

Really?  Tag's I can understand - but Structural memebers.  How are you getting them (Structural memebers) to display?

For previewing an entire drawing, wouldn't the DwgPreview control be a better choice?

NO trick really, they just do!
just like doors, windows, slabs, MVParts.
Not walls though.
Maybe more but thats the extent of my testing so far.

I'm using this just to view a framed wall, so its not a huge drawing file size wise but a wall may be 76 feet long so the user may need to zoom and pan around in it to see if it's worth keeping or if they should replace it.
Plus the quality of the dwgpreview is not as good as the blockview.
