[5.1.2.3] studio => save encoded .lsp with UNICODE encoding char
[6.x.x.x] studio=> save encoded .lsp with ANSI encoding char

True. The Uncicode format caused problems when embedding files in a VLX, whereas ANSI seems to work reliably.
