Yes it should work with no known issues.

o.k. I guess now I have a second part to that question.
Can I run autocad 2004 and autcad 2011 on the same machine or will open dcl for 2011 overwrite what is needed for 2004, or is it all the same?

You can have every version of AutoCAD from 2004 to 2011 installed on the same machine & it will run on all of them.
However, you will have to re-install OpenDCL (Runtime or Studio) *AFTER* you've installed a new version of AutoCAD.
Also, you'll need to install the latest development version of OpenDCL for it to run on 2011.
Version 5.1.2.3 will only work up to Acad2010.

I see, that would explain the errors, couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong.....

So use the latest latest of all of it?

Thanks, Bob.
