Title: Relaunch AutoCAD After Changes

Each time I make a change to a form I have to relaunch AutoCAD, so the changes are reflected.  I've never had to do this before.  Anyone have an idea why?  Tested in both Stable and Current Versions; results were the same.

add a T for the reload flag on the project load.
