how to force the control bar to dock on the top of the command line or in the botton of toolbars?
(as it was with opendcl 4)

Hello,

how about setting the form's property DockableSides to 3 (Top or Bottom)?

hi fred,

in fact it's already set, the problem is the start position.
as i already said it is docked on the bottom of the commandline and not on the TOP of it, or it is docked on the TOP of the ToolbarBars and connot be docked at the BOTTOM (as shown in the snap (made with opendDCL 4.0 few years ago...), and actually i can't obtain this result :(( )

please focus on the postion of the ControlBar (it's the start postion), it's on the bottom of the controlBar...
i've also tried to get the same result with palette... do not work

I just tested a new control bar (with Dockable Sides set to 3) in AutoCAD 2011 and had no problem docking it either above or below the command line.

i made tests with version 6.0.1.2 :
- had no problem docking it either above or below the command line
- still unable to dock it below toolbars, as shown in the screen shot (it was odcl v4)

notice that in bricscad v10 control bars doesn't display properly, they always "remember" their initial size defined in the editor
