Title: Developing for AC2008
Post by: Kerry on February 06, 2011, 12:20:16 AM
Developing for AC2008

I haven't used Ac2008 for years ... currently using Ac2011 with Win7x64

I have an old client who wants some modification for an App I developed for him for AC2008 32 bit.
.. He's still running Ac2008 and unfortunately is now in Europe so it's a little far for me to travel.
Before I start investigating sandboxing with a virtual setup  to run Ac2008 32 on Win7x64 :-

Can Dialogs developed with build 6.021 run with the 6.021 Runtime in AC2008

And will Dialogs developed for the October ‎2007 build run with the 6.021 Runtime.
... if need be I will modify Lisp source.

Hi, yes, it will work. We also have some customers with AutoCAD 2008 who uses our app.
Greetings,
Fred
