Title: slow loading
Post by: andrew on August 08, 2011, 11:57:16 AM
while using a modeless dialog after the first 3 or 4 times of opening my project up in acad. the opening process of my project starts to slow down, i mean significantly like 10 seconds to open.

any thoughts on what is causing this?

sharing the project files over a network
using:
odcl v 6.0.2.3
acad 2009
and win7 64 bit

Maybe periodic garbage collection?  Test by calling (gc) before each run to see if that evens things out.
