Hi All,
Is there any limitations (size, length) on what type of AVI file you can show to animate?
Im trying to show an AVI within a form (Odcl_Animate_Load) but its not showing.
If I show the clock.avi in the OpenDCL example folder, it shows!
Kind regards
Shoey
If you can attach the file here (or email to owenw@manusoft.com) I'll have a look.
If it was encoded with DivX or Xvid, then it probably wont work.
Hi again,
Forgot to mention that the AVI file in question was created using the animation
feature ( ANIPATH ) in AutoCAD 2007.
Owen, will email you the AVI file later. The file is on my works pc and I'm not back there until later next week.
Regards
Shoey
I tried exporting an AVI from Acad & it didn't work for me either. I'm guessing it's an encoding issue, because it also crashes my VLC Media Player (VideoLan) & that's usually very stable. Here's a sample if you want to have a go at it anyways Owen.
