Title: Possible bugs with the control bar.
Post by: Danner on May 01, 2009, 08:42:46 AM
Hi,

I think I've found a few bugs bugs with the control bar on ODCL 5.1.03.  I have posted this in the bugs section. However, perhaps someone could just just double check the attached test project, I'n new to v5.1.03.  If I was hasty to report this as a bug, I do apologise Owen.

The attached test project derived from the Samples has been tested using Windows xp, Acad 2007.

Possible Bug 1:

1. Float controlbar by double clicking bar at top. (Dragging seems ok)

Result: The Listview doesnot stay anchored to the bottom and right margin
of the tab strip.

Possible Bug 2:

1. Make the floating control bar less wide by dragging the right margin.

2. Dock the controlbar by double clicking top.

Result: The Listview doesnot stay anchored to the bottom and right margin
of the tab strip.

Possible Bug 3:

1. Press "Minimise Test" button at top of floating control bar.

2. Press "Maximise Test" button

Result: Control Bar is approximately 1cm shorter than previous and clips
the buttons at bottom of the bar.

Possible bug 4:

Control bar is rather sluggish and sticky when being dragged around the
screen. This was not an issue in v.4.

Many thanks for your help.

Posting as a bug report was the correct thing to do (actually, each bug should be reported separately to simplify tracking, but that's no big deal). I just haven't had a chance to investigate it yet.

All working well in 5.1.0.4.  Thanks Owen.
