OpenDCL 6.0.0.5 Acad 2004

Left side docked control bar with tab control. Tab control does not offset from bottom edge when command line resized.

A recent fix (see http://www.opendcl.com/forum/index.php?topic=917.0 (http://www.opendcl.com/forum/index.php?topic=917.0)) seems to have broken resizing. I've come up with a different approach now for Alpha 6 that hopefully fixes the problem(s).

It's a problem with the runtime, so it should be in this section.
