Title: colder's translation

Please see attached.

The Chinese characters don't display correctly on my computer. For example:
    IDS_PROP_TABSTTTLIST    "±êÇ©Ìáʾ"

Anyone else has the same problem?

Same problem here. The Russian translation also had the problem. I see your Chinese translation is saved in UTF-8 encoding, and the "bad" files are in ANSI. I think they probably need to be in either UTF-8 or Unicode.

please see attached. colder emailed to me last week. i was going to compare our translations and merge into one over the weekend. but had a cold, and wasn't able to do anything.
