Again, I would post this as a bug as Sourceforge if I could log in over there:(
Steps:
Create a tab on a form (modal in this case)
Add several tabs to it.
Open the tab forms for placing controls on.
Compare the size of the tab form to the base control, the height includes the space for the tabs along the top.
Stretch the size of the base tab control, the tab forms jump to a shorter height than the base tab control.
Here's another issue. Double click on the tab control to open up the wizard, switch to the fonts tab and close out. The font in the tabs change to a smaller font size.
Using RC4 on WinXP.

Thank you for getting it submitted in the right place. Thank you Owen for getting this fixed. I see you're having problems repro'ing the font size one, I'll take another look at it to see if something else is causing it.
That was what was causing my second issue. At some point I accidently changed the default font size.
