Title: OpenDCL.x64.22.arx not compatible with ACAD 23?

I'm trying to drag along some legacy software, and I'm getting a failure to load OpenDCL.x64.22.arx (or ....23.arx) in ACAD 23. 

Anyone have any ideas?

And it looks like it's not working in ACAD 22 now either, but it was working before I updated to the current version.

If your installation is messed up, trying running a repair install.

Windows control panel repair doesn't seem to fix it, and re-running the MSI file reports that there's a newer version installed.
