Is it possible to implement a property to show a form without the border?

You can set the TitleBar property to False for no title bar. No border would look a bit awkward I think, but it could be added.

I've been playing around with Architecture 2008 and it seems EVERYTHING is a Palette!  Is that even a possibility at this time?  Would some type of compensation be required??

Localization is a higher priority, but tool palettes are on the to-do list. :)
