Hello owen:
I,m a new in OpenDCL,because my english is very poor ,so there is so much that I don't understand.I don't know where can I get a HELP file in chinese?Can you tell me or can you make a HELP file in chinse?
Maybe this ask is too rigorous ,but I don't get any information about OPENDCL in chinese,however OPENDCL is so good that I wonder to know more about it.

I try it ,but it didn't work,I have no idear about it . but thank you for this.
