Owen,

I've noticed that there are more strings to be translated other than the ones under "string table", i'm not sure but i think those could be translated also.

The localizable strings in the Dialogs section should be translated. The ones in the version block should not (actually the copyright notice can be translated, but only if the translated notice has the same legal effect).

this is an example of the trasnlated copyrights for the content\reference\

i'm talking about the html files under that folder.

tha mean exactly the same as in English, as far as i know the efects are the same. Legal names and alike won´t be translated, of course.
