ActiveX Protection

I tested trying to work with an ActiveX Control of a protection software called ActiveLok the name of the file OCX it is activelock1884.ocx 
Does anybody know and could it help me? 
The program is free and Open Source can be obtained in http://activelocksoftware.com/default.aspx
