File Explorer

I search on the form but nothing find for open a file if Ok is clicked, so my question :

(dcl_Control_SetVisible Metre_Formulaire1_Intitulé1 t)

How can i open a .txt file with notepad by File Explorer.

maybe:
(if ...
   (startapp "notepad" filename)

)
