True color value ??

Hi, Everyone.!
I wonder how the "True color" value comes out from RGB values.

ex) R(230) , G(245), B(255) = 33551846 (True color)

can anyone help me ?

Each color is 8 bits (1 byte) of the combined value. You might find this thread helpful.
