Tree Control and List View properties

So I'm converting my palettes to look like the 2015 "dark" scheme but the List View (report style) and the tree control don't have the properties available to make them "dark".  It's just aesthetic but I'd appreciate to have the ability.

Duly noted. ListView has a background color property -- is that not sufficient?

the background property in the listview only controls the list area, not the bars at the top.  In 2015 the Layer Palette Listview is all dark.
