2 ControlBars

Intermittently, two left side docked control bars will exchange position as in:
Bar1 Bar2 -> Bar2 Bar1.

Bar1 has button to launch Bar2 to the right of it.
Some times this works and sometimes Bar2 docks to the left of Bar1.

What controls docking position?

Control position is a combination of position and size of the newly placed control in relation to what is already on the screen at that point. If you want a new control bar to be on the right of an existing control bar, you could try to make its position equal to the upper right corner of the existing bar.

I can position the bar to the right. It lands undocked.

In BricsCAD 17 the bars preform correctly. Wrong side issue may only affect 2004 ver I was using.
Going to pass on fixing this in 2004 ver.
