Diminishing control-bars in Bricscad 18, Win 10

Since today I have the problem that my control-bar diminishes with (every) click on the title-bar - see here:

What changed? Windows update, perhaps? Display driver update?

I don't know, but my colleague (other PC, other AutoCAD, but Win 10 and current OpenDCl too) says "Since windows update"
