At loading arx in Autocad the message is deduced "Missing language:UKR Reverting to US English".
In what the reason?

I get the same thing with the ENU language pack installed, I reinstalled the US English pack but that didn't make a difference.

I assume that this message is raised when the default language is not US, so we will just have to wait until they fix the problem... >:(

The runtime should revert to the US English language module and continue loading. If you install OpenDCL Studio, it sets a registry key to specify the language so that it doesn't look for a nonexistent language module. If you only installed the OpenDCL Runtime, you can set this registry key manually. Just create a new string key named "Language" in HKLM\Software\OpenDCL and set its value to "ENU". OpenDCL Runtime will then look for the resource DLL in the ENU subdirectory.

I will investigate how this situation can be improved in Alpha 4.

Has made. There is nothing has not changed. Message is deduced "Missing language:ENU Reverting to US English".

Does it in fact work correctly using the English language resources like before?  If not, have you verified that the Runtime.Res.dll file exists in the ENU subdirectory?

Please let me know the current status of this problem. Has anything changed with Alpha 4?

Why is this so complicated?  Why can't there just be the arx?

Nice work on the palette by the way . . .

Does the Runtime.Res.dll file exists in the ENU subdirectory. What version of Windows? Which language? Please help me find the problem.

The filename is "Runtime.Res.dll", not just "Res.dll" -- correct? Please email me (owenw@manusoft.com) with a valid reply-to address so I can send you a diagnostic file to help determine where the problem is.
