_OPENDCL Unknown command "OpenDCL." Press F1 for help. "
On the PC where the installed OpenDCL, the routine runs correctly.
What is wrong?
It must be installed OpenDCL in all PCs?

Yes you must install OpenDCL on all PC's.
You can install just the runtime on your end users PC's
