Splitter testing

Hello,

when I had a question to Owen http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=4772367, I created a small splitter example. Maybe others this may help to find their favorite splitter layout.

Very nice Fred. May we use this for the splitter sample in the standard installation?

Of course, we can use it for standard installation.

Yes very nice, Fred.
I still notice some redraw issues, but it's much better then it was before.

In the past you had to move the splitter and only after releasing mouse button the complete form has been redrawn. In OpenDCL it was changed to redraw also while moving the splitter with pressed mousebuttons. So that's why I can understand some flickering while moving the splitter. But I must say that it was improved very much since the last alpha. I have a dialog which is not very complicated but all controls disappeared while moving the splitter.
