Preview of Tooltip - not active any more?

When I create a tooltip and press "Vorschau" (preview?), nothing happens (Studio 8.0.1.0). Who can (not) confirm?

@Owen: haven't tested in English release yet. So I can't say whether I'm guilty or not.
