the FAS file WORKS

The VLX says :
"no function definition: DCL-PROJECT-LOAD"

why ?

but if when I make the VLX
I SET OFF SAPARATE NAMESPACE
the VLX WORKS !

FILE > MAKE APPLICATION > NEW APPLICATION WIZARD >
EXPERT > LOCATION > NAME
SAPARATE NAMESPACE [OFF]
