"Style 9 - Simple font combo list box" does not work

Selecting "Style 9 - Simple font combo list box" I get a standard list like "Style 1" or "Style 0". Is it by design (to be used with manually defined textfonts) or is it an issue?

It should list all installed fonts in a simple list style combo box. I opened the Misc  demo to test it (ComboBoxes2 tab), and seems to be working fine on my system (except the tooltip won't go away when I activate another app window -- looks like a bug).
