New child boards

As you might have noticed I've added the "Localization Project" board with a few child boards for some local languages.
This does not mean these are the only languages to be support. They are just the first few I noticed that where the most requested.
If you'd like to help out with the translation project, just sign up and I'll add anther child-board for your language if it's not already there.
