click or double click on a list view isnt working

attached are my files,
maybe someone can see something im missing but when i click on a line in my list view, or double click, nothing happens

now its working , but my vertical scroll isnt working

it seems a windows update did something weird to my odcl studio

after i did a repair install it seemed to fix it

all is working now
