Empty palettes while starting

I do have an issue with palletes by starting and displaying them.
So if i run them, only the frame around and the gray background is shown, but not the grid and all the buttons which are on that palette.
Even when im doing an double ckick for expanding the palette, everything is shown. Minimizing Bricscad and expanding will also solve this issue.  But that's not really acceptable.
This is happend on 4K Screens but also on Screen with 1920x1080
Are there any sugestions?

OK here comes the solution:
activate the current document will fix this.
