FileDialog: Hide FilenameTextbox

Hello,

before adding a bug report I want to know if the Filename Textbox can be hidden in a filedialog. Although I set the property ShowFilenameTextbox to false it will be shown in AutoCAD. If it is a bug I don't know whether it's runtime related or studio related.
